NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Milpitas City Council has set the hour of 7:00 PM Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at Milpitas City Hall, 2nd floor, Council Chambers, 455 E. Calaveras Boulevard, Milpitas as the time and place for public hearings on the following topic:
2019 Adjustment of Milpitas Transit Area Specific Plan (TASP) Infrastructure Costs and Development Impact Fees: City Council is requested to adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to adjust TASP Development Impact Fees (TADIF) based on current cost estimates for infrastructure items listed in the TASP Basic Infrastructure Program (BIP) and to enact a graduated fee program and deferral of TADIF payment until approval of occupancy, with these provisions in effect for 12 months after the approval date of the fee adjustment. This project is exempt from environmental review under CA Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines Section 15273 (Rates, Tolls, Fares, and Charges). NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, pursuant to CA Government Code Section 65009, that any challenge of these matters in court may be limited to raising only those issues raised by you or on your behalf at the public hearings described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at – or prior to – these hearings.
