NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Milpitas City Council will hold public hearings at a meeting on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 7:00 PM in City Hall Council Chambers, 455 E. Calaveras Blvd., 2nd floor, Milpitas, CA on the following four topics:
2019 ADJUSTMENT OF MILPITAS TRANSIT AREA SPECIFIC PLAN (TASP) INFRASTRUCTURE COSTS AND DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES: City Council will consider 1) adopting a resolution authorizing an Update of the TASP Development Impact Fees, and 2) adopting a resolution authorizing urgency action to make the Fee Update effective immediately.
