You need to let us know:
- What is the Project Address?
- Who is the applicant and what is the contact information including Name, Phone number and Postal or Email address?
- What is the Project description, including the square footage and brief explanation about the scope of work?
- How much is the Construction Valuation?
- What is the Occupancy Classification (indicating the use of the building)?
- What is the Type of construction (indicating wood, steel or concrete)?
