The City of Milpitas’ Child Care Master Plan was created by the community based Child Care Task Force and adopted by the Milpitas City Council in April of 2002. The purpose of the Master Plan is to provide civic leaders and policy makers a practical guide for supporting child care within the community. The document examines the child care friendly policies, procedures and programs currently in place within the City and defines appropriate next steps.
