The Milpitas Community Center, built in 1982, is a 24,000 square foot facility that houses a variety of recreation programs including Preschool, After the Bell after school program, Rainbow Theater, Volunteers, Cultural Arts and many youth and adult classes. In addition, reservations for Community Center rooms, the Jose Higuera Adobe Building and parks throughout Milpitas can be made in person at the Community Center.
Reservations can be made up to a year in advance by Milpitas residents and up to 6 months in advance by non-residents. Park reservations must be made a minimum of 5 business days in advance. Rooms accommodating 25 to 300 people along with other amenities are available.
