The Barbara Lee Senior Center (Sal Cracolice Building) is available for private rentals. The main building finished its renovation in February 2005, and features an auditorium that can accommodate up to 100 people and includes a serving kitchen with steam table. The Annex (adjacent to the main building) offers a classroom, music room, dance room and art room.
Reservations can be made up to a year in advance by Milpitas residents and up to 6 months in advance by non-residents. Reservations require the Deposit and a $15 non-refundable Application Fee. Rooms accommodating 20 to 100 people along with other amenities are available. Please call the center you are interested in and ask to have detailed facility rental information mailed to you. All fees and facility rules and regulations are subject to change.

Please Note: Additional fees are required should alcohol served/sold. Room capacity in the Class Room, Dance Room, Music Room and Art Room is “theater” style only. Should tables be needed, the capacity is reduced. Food and drinks are permitted only in the Auditorium.
