Welcome to the Youth Sports Field Allocation for the City of Milpitas.
The City of Milpitas is host to more than 140 resident youth sports teams and over 2,000 youths participating in sanctioned youth sports. Milpitas Parks & Recreation Services takes great pride in providing quality sports fields for our community.
Youth Sports Field Reservations are reserved in accordance with Facility Use Rules and Regulations for Indoor and Outdoor Facilities approved by the Milpitas City Council.
Field Calendars:
To reserve an athletic field for sponsored teams, leagues, or organizational play, one member of the youth sports organization must attend the bi-annual Youth Sports User Group Field Use Meeting. For Fall 2008 field use, the meeting will be held on May 15, 2008, 6:00 p.m. at the Milpitas Sports Center Conference Room. Please note the following:
- All park rules and regulations will apply to any use of an outside facility.
- For health and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed on designated sports fields.
- Fields may be closed at several times throughout the year for field repair and maintenance.
- User groups must have an approved permit for that field and time in their possession when using fields.
- All Youth Sports Organizations must provide valid Certificate of Insurance listing the City of Milpitas as a certificate hold and a secondary endorsement.
