The State of California has mandated that local police agencies have a procedure to investigate citizen's complaints against the employees of these organizations. In addition, law enforcement
agencies must make a written description of the procedure available to the public. If you want to have a copy of this procedure you may visit our Department, you may telephone and ask for a
