7 ZONING AMENDMENT NO. ZA08005: A request to amend the Zoning Ordinance, the implementing document of the City’s General Plan. The amendments include reformatting sections of the code for consistency and consolidating sections to streamline the implementation of the document. Specifically, the amendments include changes to the Definitions, Applications
