  1. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. GP2006-6 AND ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT NO.   2. MINOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. MI2006-4:  A request to subdivide an existing 283,140 square foot lot into four parcels.  The project consists of three buildings, each treated as a separate parcel with the fourth parcel a common area.   3. “S” ZONE APPROVAL NO. SZ2005-10 AND USE PERMIT NO.
