NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Milpitas City Council will hold a public hearing via
teleconference / webinar at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, to consider a substantial
amendment to the Consolidated Plan and Citizen Participation Plan as it relates to Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for FY 20-21. The public hearing will be
livestreamed at: https://www.ci.milpitas.ca.gov/webstreaming

Copies of the Consolidated Plan and Citizen Participation Plan will be made available online for
public review at http://www.ci.milpitas.ca.gov/milpitas/departments/federal-program-community-development-block-rant-cdbg/

The Public review and comments period for the Consolidated Plan and Citizen
Participation Plan will be June 25 – June 30, 2020.

Written public comments may be submitted during this special meeting on a form from the City website:
