Image Permit CounterThe Building & Safety Department offers a wide variety of information at the Permit Center such as information on Plan Submittal Requirements, Permit Fees, Records Research, Hiring Contractors, Engineers and Architects, and many other topics.

All this information is also available at the Information Kiosk,
which will allow customers to view and print construction guidelines, receive interactive answers to frequently asked questions and obtain general information by using a touch
screen monitor.

Over-the-Counter Plan Check Hours: View Guideline (PDF)
8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Tuesday.

It is highly recommended to schedule an appointment for Express Plan Check (over-the-counter) reviews to reduce waiting time at the counter.
