Drainage System Maintenance
Although the City and SCVWD regularly clean and maintain channels, dumping debris into storm drains creates problems for everyone. Such dumping not only results in an expense to taxpayers, but also can restrict water flow and create a flood hazard. The dumping of debris into the City's storm drainage channels is prohibited by Municipal Code.
