Final Environmental Impact Report
This Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) describes the environmental consequences of the proposed North Main Street Development (NMSD) Project. This FEIR is designed to fully inform City of Milpitas decision-makers, other responsible agencies, and the general public of the proposed project and the potential environmental consequences of project approval. The document consists of the Draft Environmental Impact Report, the Responses To Comments Document, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations, and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
