Fall October Mini Guide – The Pools are Open

Thanks to the hard work of the whole community — wearing masks and socially distancing to slow the spread of COVID-19 – we are finally able to begin opening some of the outdoor recreation amenities you’ve been waiting for! Park playgrounds are open with new safety reminders posted for the public, including lots of hand sanitizer, masks for everyone, and taking a pass if it’s too crowded. Pools are opening, too, but just for lap swim and socially distanced water exercise. And the Milpitas Skate Park is expected to open this month! It will be a while before all our facilities are open with programs running, so continue to visit the  Virtual Community Center to find fun things to do at home and new ways to connect with others.
