Additional Facility Attendant may be required for room rentals depending on event and/or other activities taking place in the facility. Additional fees are required should alcohol served/sold.
The non-refundable application fee is already included in the park reservation fees. The capacities of parks are determine based on the amount of available parking. The three types of parks are large parks, small parks with restrooms, and small parks without restrooms. Large parks require a credit card on file as a deposit. The reservation is limited to the picnic tables and BBQ grills. The park is still available for public use, i.e. playground, grass area, and unused tables/grills. Groups can bring their own tables/grills and use the grass area. Park reservations cannot be canceled. The reservation can be moved to another date but another non-refundable application fee will be charged. In the case of a rain out, the applicant has seven days after the event to contact Recreation Services for a credit. The credit (minus the application fee) will issued to the applicant’s City of Milpitas account, which can be used for other Recreation programming or reservations.
