This permit will allow the removal of a swimming pool.

Please select “ONL POOL DEMO” as Permit Type.

Will any part of the entire pool shell remain? Yes No
Will any structures (including a gazebo, patio cover, etc.) be placed over the pool? Yes No
  • Verification of a Contractor's license should be provided to the Building Inspector by the Contractor.
  • Prior to scheduling the final inspection, a Business license must be obtained by the Contractor from the City of Milpitas.
