Notice is Hereby Given that the Zoning Administrator has set the hour of 9:00 AM, Thursday, June 11, 2020, to have a Public Hearing that will be conducted remotely via the Internet, on the following:
Rear Yard Addition – 300 Moretti Lane – P-MS20-0053: A request for a Minor Site Development Permit to allow a 400-square-foot rear yard addition in Planned Unit Development 42 – “Kennedy Glen”. This project is categorically exempt from further CEQA review pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) and, as a separate and independent basis, Section 15183 (Projects Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan, or Zoning), of the CEQA Guidelines.
