Safe Medication Disposal
No Drugs Down the Drain!
Please do not flush drugs down sinks or toilets. Drug contents harm the environment and human health. Landmark federal government study found that 80 percent of streams sampled contained drugs, including steroids and reproductive hormones. Water treatment plants cannot filter or neutralize drug contents. Keep drugs out of the water. www.nodrugsdownthedrain.org
