Residential On-Street Parking Spaces for the Disabled Policy:
At the October 16, 2007 meeting, the City Council adopted a policy to allow for the installation of residential on-street parking spaces for the disabled.For a nominal fee, Milpitas residents can apply for parking given the applicant can provide the following proof of:
Residency
Disabilty and disability placard (as determined by the Department of Motor Vehicles)
Public street residence
Garage impact
Driveway impact
