NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Milpitas City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at
7:00 PM in City Hall Council Chambers, 455 E. Calaveras Blvd., 2nd Floor, Milpitas, CA, on the following topic:
TIME EXTENSION FOR MAIN STREET CONDOS – A request for a time extension (TA18-0003) for a Site
Development Permit (SD14-0021), Site Development Permit Amendment (SA18-0002), Conditional Use Permit
(UP14-0022), and Tentative Tract Map (MT14-0005) to develop a four-story, 18-unit residential structure, up
to 52 feet in height, on a vacant 0.4-acre parcel located at 1316 South Main Street (APN 083-36-003). This
project is categorically exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 (Project Consistent with a Community Plan or Zoning),
15332 (Urban In-Fill Development Project) and California Public Resources Code Section 21155.4. For more

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, pursuant to CA Government Code §65009, that any challenge of these matters
in court may be limited to raising only those issues raised at the public hearing on April 2, 2019 or in written or
