NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Milpitas City Council will hold public hearings at a meeting on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 7:00 PM in City Hall Council Chambers, 455 E. Calaveras Blvd., 2nd floor, Milpitas, CA on the following four topics:
TRUE LIFE CONDOMINIUMS – 2001 TAROB COURT: City Council will consider the approval of the Site Development Permit, Conditional Use Permit, Tentative Map, and Environmental Assessment to allow development of a 40-unit residential condominium building, up to 49 feet in height, with parking for up to 74 vehicles, on a 1.22-gross acre site located at 2001 Tarob Court. This site is located in the Multi-family High Density Residential Zoning District with a Transit-Oriented Development Overlay (R3-TOD) within the Transit Area Specific Plan (TASP) area. This project is consistent with the program-level scope of activities approved under the Transit Area Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report and exempt from further environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15168, 15182, and 15183.
