NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 to approve the funding allocations for FY 2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) as recommended by the Milpitas Community Advisory Commission (CAC) and to adopt the Annual Action Plan for the corresponding year. The public hearing will be held at Milpitas City Hall on the 2nd floor in the Council Chambers, at 455 E. Calaveras Blvd.
Copies of the Draft Annual Action Plan will be made available for public review at the City of Milpitas City Hall at the Information Desk, 1st floor at 455 E Calaveras Blvd. and the Milpitas Public Library, Librarian Reference Desk at 160 North Main Street.
The public review and comments period for the Draft Annual Action Plan is May 3 – June 3, 2019. Meeting Agenda and Agenda Report are available at www.ci.milpitas.ca.gov.
INTERESTED PERSONS MAY appear and be heard at the public hearing described in this notice. Additionally, written comments on the item above may be delivered to the City Council at or prior to this hearing.
