A request for a Conditional Use Permit (UP21-0003), Minor Site Development Permit (MS21-0129), and Tree Removal Permit (TR21-0031) to operate a daycare facility for up to 266 students, exterior façade modifications, and removal of three protected trees at an existing 24,269 square-foot, two-story building located at 1000 Jacklin road, Milpitas Ca (APN 028-05-015) The preschool school will include 14 classrooms, external play areas, staff training, and offices rooms,  parking and other site improvements.
