NEW Residential Building Incentive Program effective August 21, 2019. The City has developed a discount program to promote health, safety, and welfare in the community. These are 50% discounts for all residential customers seeking building permits to replace water heaters, furnaces and air conditioning units, and to install solar photovoltaic or thermal systems.
