Phantom Art Gallery

The City of Milpitas’ Phantom Art Gallery provides local artists of all ages, experience levels and mediums an opportunity to show their work at gallery locations at the Milpitas Community Center and Milpitas Library. Phantom Art Gallery exhibits are free and open to the public. There is often an Artist Talk or Artist Reception scheduled during the exhibit, so members of the public can meet the artists and learn more about their inspiration and creative process.
