P-ZA19-0002: City-initiated Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to regulate short-term rentals within the City of Milpitas. This project is
categorically exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section
